1. Data Collected
LOCVS collects the following data to generate your diagnostic:
Registration data: Name, phone (optional)
Diagnostic responses: Your choices across 6 question blocks (visual pairs, personality, dilemmas, programs)
Technical data: Device type, access time, browser, anonymized IP address
Response times: Average duration per block (for instrument calibration)
2. Processing Purpose
Generate your personalized spatial diagnostic (X, Y, Z axes; primary and secondary profile; design radar)
Present insights about your relationship with space and dwelling
Facilitate matching with architecture professionals (if consented)
Improve and calibrate the LOCVS instrument through anonymized data (if consented)
3. Legal Basis
Processing of your data is based on your explicit authorization under Article 7, item I of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD). You may revoke this consent at any time.
4. Storage and Security
Your data is stored on encrypted servers through the Supabase platform, which uses data centers compliant with international data protection standards. We implement:
Encryption at rest (AES-256)
Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS)
Two-factor authentication
Audited access logs
5. Data Sharing
Your diagnostic data is never shared with third parties without your explicit authorization. Exceptions:
If you choose to share a briefing with a partner architect, only the information you select will be sent
Anonymized data may be used for research (if you consented to this option)
Data processors (Supabase, OpenAI for image processing) are under confidentiality agreements
6. Data Subject Rights
Under the LGPD, you have the right to:
Access: Request a copy of all your data
Correction: Update inaccurate data
Deletion: Request permanent removal of your data (right to be forgotten)
Portability: Receive your data in a structured format
Consent revocation: Withdraw your processing authorization

7. Data Retention
Complete diagnostics: Retained for 2 years for auditing and validated research
Anonymized research data: Retained indefinitely for scientific calibration
Technical logs: Retained for 90 days
After consent revocation or deletion request, your personal data is removed within 30 days
